I will ship out your product within 1-2 Post Office business days (excluding Saturdays). Delivery Confirmation is always used to make sure everything arrives at it's destination promptly!

Custom Orders
If you see something you want, but would like a slightly different color or different length, we can work together to create the perfect item for you.
For any custom order over $25, half of the purchase price will have to be paid before the order is started. The second half of the price will be billed, along with the shipping costs, before the order is shipped.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
I want YOU to be happy. I will do whatever is in my power to make that happen! Returns and Refunds are only available within 15 days of the purchase! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately so we discuss resolution. My email is thebunny@jennybunnycreations.com
I strive to create well-made, sturdy items. In the unfortunate event that something breaks, I will repair the item. This involves shipping the product back to me, repairing it, and then shipping it back to you!

Randomly... :D I just look at the piece and the name will come to me. Or I'll use the thesaurus to get just the right word for it. I know they are weird sometimes, but they fit. At least, in my brain they do!
